So many events, especially for women, have some kind of "come as you are" statement. This event actually follows through on that messaging. The most fascinating thing about this retreat is that we each got something that we needed from it, regardless of the state in which we arrived, or we expected. Jenn's retreat was an amazing experience mixed with classes for the mind, body and soul. I loved that there was such a wide variety of activities and as much downtime as you would like. Going to this retreat was a much needed break from everyday stressors and a great opportunity to take time for myself. I found comradery with the group and made quite a few friends. I felt more spiritually connected and in tune with my mind and body. It's in a lovely cozy location with great amenities for downtime, including a game room and pool table. I really liked specifically how I did not feel judged or like there were cliques. I would highly recommend this is you want to connect a bit more with yourself. You won't regret it!

Retreats by Jenn W emphasize the power of pause and the significance of being present. I don't have to be busy all of the time. it's ok to be still and sit with discomfort. It also reminded me of what is important to me in life by creating meaningful connections and experiences, being my true authentic self, and being empowered to do so. My spirit was recharged, my body refreshed and my mind filled with childlike wonder and curiosity. There was a shift in my perspective, it had evolved. I am someone more open and ready to try something new and different.
